Located in Louisville, CO, the Robotics Software Engineer role focuses on design, development, testing, and integration of autonomous robotic software across perception, navigation, state estimation, and behaviors. You will work with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to bring platforms to production, in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Robotics, Software, or Equivalent Engineering with 3–5 years experience.
• Master of Science in Robotics, Software, or Equivalent Engineering with 1–3 years experience.
• Experience developing software for robotic applications.
• Proficiency with C++ programming languages.
• Experience with modern software development practices (version control, unit testing, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of motion planning, navigation, mapping, or control systems.
• Understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and state estimation (e.g., Kalman filtering).
• Experience developing on Linux-based systems.
• Ability to work with sensors (LIDAR, cameras, IMUs), actuators and microcontrollers.
• Experience debugging hardware/software interfaces.
• Experience executing functional, integration, regression, and system-level tests in a structured engineering environment.
