Job summary

Stratom in Louisville, CO, is seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the hardware engineering team across multiple vehicle and robotics programs. You will manage staffing, mentor engineers, and define engineering processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Will work with DoD customers and cross-functional teams, overseeing prototype development, testing, and production readiness while promoting collaboration and standardization across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering, technical leadership, or program management experience.
• 3+ years leading, hiring, and developing engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Staff hardware engineering teams; plan staffing and allocate resources.
• Mentor engineers, provide feedback and career development.
• Define processes to ensure quality engineering.
• Review designs and technical deliverables across projects.
