You will grow impressions and followers daily, engage the audience, and cross-pollinate accounts to drive growth. You’ll also run clipping of long-form content into short clips and adapt content for compliance and public-market standards.

Qualifications

• Internet-native with clear understanding of platform formats and why they work.
• Experience growing social accounts; early-career candidates welcome.
• Strong writing across X threads, Shorts captions, and platform-native formats.
• Hands-on video clipping/editing with CapCut or Premiere; scheduling and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the content across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reddit and StockTwits.
• Grow impressions, followers and engagement; run format experiments and optimize timing.
• Engage audience through comments and conversations; strengthen community.
• Cross-pollinate accounts to spur cross-channel growth and collaboration with partners.
• Manage long-form to short-form clipping pipeline and daily content distribution.
• React quickly to news and portfolio updates within compliance guidelines.
• Leverage AI to raise output while maintaining quality; document repeatable workflows.
• Collaborate with compliance to meet public-market content standards and recordkeeping.
