Job summary

Maxinsights is seeking an enthusiastic VLA Algorithm Engineer to tackle robotics simulation, embodied AI and world-model research. You will build scalable synthetic pipelines, develop large-scale training data, and improve how simulation-trained models transfer to real robots.

You will contribute to multimodal learning, including sensing data, and work on robust, generalizable robotic systems across challenging tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience or research in robotics, simulation, RL, IL or related field.
• Experience with robotics simulation, learning or algorithm development.
• Strong understanding of RL, IL, world models or 3D vision.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize robotic simulation environments for manipulation, navigation, mobile and humanoid robotics.
• Contribute to training and optimization of embodied AI foundation models using large-scale data.
• Design multimodal learning approaches incorporating sensing signals and evaluate models.
• Improve simulation and evaluation pipelines to reduce sim-to-real gaps and boost robustness.
