Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a skilled robotics simulation engineer who uses advanced simulation to evaluate learning and control methods and to bridge the gap from sim to the real world. You will build and benchmark complex simulations, design reproducible experiments, and collaborate with ML, robotics, and software teams to present results clearly to technical stakeholders.

The role requires a university degree and at least three years in robotics simulation, with MuJoCo expertise and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, CS, ME, Mechatronics, or related field.
• At least three years of robotics simulation experience with benchmarking
• Proven hands-on experience in research or industry
• Strong MuJoCo expertise and experience with multi-GPU simulations (NVIDIA Isaac Sim, PyBullet)
• Experience with URDF, MJCF, USD and dynamics/kinematics
• Experience developing objective metrics and statistical evaluation
• Experience with Python-based toolchains and automation of simulation tests

• Build, configure, and operate complex robotics simulations
• Develop standardized benchmark environments and test cases
• Design reproducible simulations and evaluation experiments with versioning and documentation
