Job summary

Slip Robotics is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to own the master production schedule, translate the sales pipeline into material commitments, and manage stocking strategy across fleets. You will ensure sales can promise dates that align with deployments and parts availability.

You will lead SIOP, plan material coverage, and coordinate inventory across production, HQ, and field locations, balancing reliability, capacity, and working capital to support growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in supply/demand planning or S&OP within manufacturing.
• Hands-on MPS/MRP ownership in an ERP environment.
• Inventory optimization experience with visibility on availability and working capital.
• Demonstrated ownership of a cross-functional operating rhythm (SIOP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the master production schedule and equipment outlook.
• Operate the SIOP process with build authorizations and capacity checks.
• Plan material coverage for deployments to ensure readiness leads demand.
• Own the unified inventory plan across production, HQ, and field stock locations.
• Own lifetime-buy and service-parts strategy for legacy fleet and reporting.
• Partner with purchasing, sourcing, and Finance on execution and classification.
