Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in EECS/Robotics or equivalent combo.
• 2+ years of robotics R&D experience, or 2–14+ years depending on level.
• Experience with sensing, kinematics, dynamics and control on real robots.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate hardware, sensors, and software for robotic systems in varied environments.
• Integrate components into prototypes and analyze performance.
• Develop and test algorithms for perception, control, navigation, and manipulation.
• Create simulations of robots and environments using system identification and sim-to-real.
• Manage data collection, processing, and model management for real-world data.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams from concept to completion.
• Document results and present algorithms and models with clear metrics.
• Maintain and monitor fleets of robots and infrastructure.
