Qualifications

PhD or Master’s degree in EECS/Robotics or equivalent combo.
2+ years of robotics R&D experience, or 2–14+ years depending on level.
Experience with sensing, kinematics, dynamics and control on real robots.

Responsibilities

Design and evaluate hardware, sensors, and software for robotic systems in varied environments.
Integrate components into prototypes and analyze performance.
Develop and test algorithms for perception, control, navigation, and manipulation.
Create simulations of robots and environments using system identification and sim-to-real.
Manage data collection, processing, and model management for real-world data.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams from concept to completion.
Document results and present algorithms and models with clear metrics.
Maintain and monitor fleets of robots and infrastructure.
