Job summary

Anyware Robotics seeks a Sr. Robotics Software Engineer, Reliability & Diagnostics in Fremont, CA, to own robot reliability and cross-functional problem-solving across software, hardware, operations, and deployments.

You will investigate robot behaviors, reproduce failures, and fix cross-cutting issues directly in the codebase—driving changes from architecture to deployment on customer robots. This role offers significant impact and equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and debugging production software for physical systems.
• Proven ability to debug complex systems from logs and telemetry and fix root causes.
• Experience designing and delivering cross-cutting changes across subsystems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own robot reliability across development, test, and customer environments.
• Investigate complex robot behaviors across perception, planning, controls, and hardware integration.
• Reproduce failures using logs, telemetry, replay tools, simulation, and real robots.
• Drive issues to resolution by coordinating across software, hardware, and operations; implement fixes in codebase.
• Build cross-team features end-to-end from architecture to deployment on customer robots.
