Job summary

ASI is seeking a Program Manager II to oversee complex programs within the Commercial Mowing team. You will guide planning, execution, and performance assessment in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of program oversight, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and experience with hardware or robotics environments. This role emphasizes process-driven leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree as listed in the candidates should hold.
• Experience leading programs or multiple complex projects in tech hardware/software environments.
• Strong ability to manage programs, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects within programs, ensuring timely delivery and policy compliance.
• Coordinate PDP implementation and resource planning to deliver high-quality products or services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Dev Managers, and Engineers to assign priorities and accountability.
• Track program adoption and communicate progress to stakeholders across the organization.
• Use data and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
