Simbe Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager to connect hardware, ROS software, AI models, cloud data, and retailer dashboards. You’ll own the schedule for priority programs, define integration checkpoints, and drive end-to-end deployment readiness across stores.

You’ll lead cross-functional reviews, quantify risks, and ensure delivery beyond demos. This role requires hands-on experience spanning hardware and robotics software with strong technical influence.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience building or integrating a complex product spanning hardware and robotics software.
• Depth in hardware/robotics software (ROS or comparable middleware) or cloud/data platforms.
• Comfort guiding engineers and shaping estimates through technical insight.

Mansioni

• Manage the cross-functional schedule for high-stakes programs (new Tally generations, fleet migrations, large retail rollouts).
• Define integration checkpoints across hardware, ROS, CV, cloud, and retailer reporting; clarify ownership and consequences of slips.
• Ensure deployments are live and stable in stores; own handoff from build to field.
• Maintain risk visibility via dependency mapping and a standing cross-functional review cadence.
