Qualifications

• 3+ years post-graduate experience managing hardware NPD programs.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in robotics or engineering required.
• Technical background in complex hardware-software systems.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across disciplines and sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of robotics NPI projects.
• Coordinate across Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, AI/ML and more.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and process; mitigate risks and blockers.
• Lead stakeholders with clear, timely program communications.
