Lab37 Robotics in Warrendale is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead cross‑functional robot, software, manufacturing, and deployment initiatives. You will turn priorities into credible plans, own milestones, coordinate reviews, and ensure launch readiness with measurable learning from pilots.

This role requires strong technical fluency, excellent communication, and the ability to move fast in a complex hardware/software environment, while maintaining focus on delivering value to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management or related cross-functional execution roles.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional programs involving hardware, software, manufacturing, operations, deployment, support, or fielded systems.
• Strong technical fluency; able to understand engineering dependencies, hardware/software integration risk, release constraints, reliability issues, and tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous programs without slowing teams down or adding bureaucracy.
• Strong execution discipline; able to define owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional programs from planning through launch and post‑launch iteration.
• Translate priorities into actionable program plans with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
• Maintain roadmap visibility by keeping timelines, workstreams, risks, blockers, and dependencies current.
• Manage program cadence through reviews, launch readiness, pilot reviews, escalation reviews, and postmortems.
• Drive launch readiness coordinating product, engineering, operational readiness, support, deployment, and success metrics.
• Support pilot operations including scope, cadence, reporting, feedback, and engineering follow‑through.
• Coordinate technical dependencies with Hardware and Software Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Support escalation and field feedback loops to translate patterns into priorities.
