Qualifications

• Two years of operating room surgical procedures experience including robotic and minimally invasive surgery.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and execute processes to enhance quality and safety in robotic surgery.
• Assist with management of operating rooms and develop policies for robotic surgery.

Skills

Technical knowledge of robotic platforms

Strong leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work with interdepartmental teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or healthcare related field
