Our role as Senior Project Engineer will lead large engineering projects, guide cross-functional teams, and help industrialize new products.
Travel up to 20% internationally is expected. This position requires 8+ years of engineering experience, strong leadership, and expertise in mechatronics
Qualifikationen
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience with software coding for mechatronics controls and robotics.
- PLM and CAD systems such as Fusion/Inventor.
- German or Chinese language skills.
- 3D printing experience.
Aufgaben
- Lead large engineering projects and give daily technical direction to engineers.
- Support Manufacturing Engineering in the industrialization of new products.
- Analyze complex engineering problems and offer effective solutions to satisfy customer specifications and expectations.
- Estimate cost and timing for large projects, including preparing business cases and recommendations to Sales for quotations.
- Mentors and collaborates with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
