Figure AI, an AI robotics company, is recruiting a Production Lead to oversee daily factory floor execution in San Jose, CA. You will lead teams, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams.

Requirements include an AS degree or equivalent, 3+ years in regulated manufacturing with 1+ year in a leadership role, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing or production (robotics, automotive, aerospace, or electronics preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Assign daily tasks and coordinate resources to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Monitor production flow, track progress, and provide updates on priority work orders.
• Verify readiness of lines, components, and equipment; support set-ups and changeovers.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving quality, equipment, or process issues.
• Review and complete production documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct shift passdowns and cross-functional updates.
• Support employee training and development; step in for absent operators when needed.
• Partner with supervisors to drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
