Job summary

Nabla in Boston is seeking a Product Manager to own full product lifecycles—from concept and roadmap to field deployment across 50+ production sites. This high-ownership, cross-functional role sits at the intersection of AI, robotics hardware, and industrial operations.

You will bridge the AI/R&D team, software and hardware engineering, solutions architects, and customers—translating real-world complexity into autonomous, scalable products for on-site deployment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management; 2+ years on robotics systems.
• Track record of shipping complex technical products in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliability.
• Shape training data strategy, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds with the R&D team.
• Turn operator observations and edge cases into structured requirements; own capability specs and SLAs.
