Job summary

Generalist is seeking a customer-facing product engineer with PM-like responsibilities to build the applications that diagnose, teach, QA, and run our robots. You will collaborate across web UIs, APIs, hardware interfaces, and human processes.

You'll spend time with customers to distill product requirements and then implement those ideas, shaping interfaces and workflows for researchers, engineers, and operations partners.

Qualifications

• Strong intuition for great user interfaces and experiences.
• Proficient with modern web stack: Typescript, React, FastAPI, Postgres, AWS.
• Experience leveraging AI coding agents to accelerate development with high production quality.

Responsibilities

• Craft external and internal API interfaces for customers and partners.
• Build tools and workflows to accelerate researchers, engineers, and ops.
• The primary web application researchers, operations and deployments use to evaluate and train robot models.
