Job summary

NanoXplore Inc. is seeking a Production Operator in North Carolina to support production goals by operating process machinery, including robots and bonders, and performing startup/shutdown procedures.

The role requires hands-on use of hand tools, adherence to safety standards, and active participation in continuous improvement efforts. You will work with the production and engineering teams to address issues, maintain equipment, and ensure efficient, safe operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Ability to operate/monitor process machinery and robots.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to OSHA standards.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and communicate issues to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of process machinery, including robots, presses and bonders.
• Perform startup/shutdown procedures and process checks.
• Use hand tools and inspect/maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose improvements to management.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to 5S and safety policies.
