NanoXplore is seeking a production operator to work on the shop floor in North Carolina. You will operate robots, presses and bonders, perform startup/shutdown procedures, and conduct routine checks.

Responsibilities include using hand tools, troubleshooting issues, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring production schedules are met. The role requires physical capability to lift and handle materials as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate process machinery including robots, presses and bonders.
• Perform basic start up and shut-down procedures, and process checks.
• Use hand tools such as routers, sanders, drills.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations to management.
• Keep equipment and tools stored and maintained to avoid downtime.
• Perform manual tasks in varying temperatures and lift materials as needed.
• Support production goals and communicate issues to management.
• Interpret production schedule and report issues promptly.
