Job summary

NanoXplore Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to support manufacturing quality on-site in North Carolina. You will perform first-off inspections, inspect all components for customers, and conduct production and dock audits.

The role requires vigilance in QA practices, measurement with hand tools, and timely escalation of issues to management. You will assist with ISO/IATF compliance, participate in PPAPs, update work instructions, and help maintain tool calibrations and inventory

Qualifications

• Experience with first-off inspections and production audits.
• Familiarity with ISO and IATF compliance.
• Experience with PPAPs and updating work instructions.
• Ability to perform daily dock and inventory audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-off inspections in all areas.
• Perform inspections for all components shipping to Customers.
• Perform production audits as needed.
• Perform daily dock audits.
• Immediately alert any product issues to management.
• Take part measurements using various hand tools.
• Perform Smoke Time testing.
• Quality Assurance.
• Assist with ISO and IATF compliance.
• Perform needed Quality Management Program audits.
• Assist with PPAPs.
• Assist with creation/update of work instructions.
• Verify correct tools/bits/routers/etc. being used for parts.
• Create/track calibrations for all tools.
• Monitor Inventory Levels.
• Ensure shipping labels match inventory on skid.
• Perform periodic inventory audits/inspections.
• Production Support.
• Provide back-up support for various production roles, when needed.
• Support plant safety initiative & maintain safety protocols within all areas of production.
• Report any and all issues to a member of management.
• Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the RMCAT Employee Handbook.
