Job summary

Bosch in Florence, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems to support manufacturing operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity with second and third shift options.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field.
Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in manufacturing.
Working knowledge of PLC programming and reading schematics.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and cleaning.
Maintain and improve robotic and automated systems performance and precision.
Diagnose sensors, actuators, servo drives, and control systems.
Read blueprints and technical docs to support repairs and installations.
Support PLC programming updates and system improvements.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve reliability and efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety standards.
