Pronto AI is seeking a Robotics Planning Engineer to design high-level autonomy systems coordinating fleets of autonomous haul trucks at the site level. You will work on motion planning, multi-vehicle coordination, and dispatch systems with a focus on real-time performance and safety.

Join a production-ready autonomy team in San Francisco, collaborating with controls engineers to ensure feasible, executable paths in demanding environments. Onsite work and travel may be required.

Competenze

• BS/MS/PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field required
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong foundation in motion planning algorithms
• Experience with computational geometry (collision detection, polygon operations)
• Proficiency in Python and NumPy for numerical computing
• Understanding of vehicle kinematics and nonholonomic constraints
• Ability to analyze algorithm complexity and optimize for real-time performance
