Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Florida seeks an OR Team Leader for the Robotics Service Line. You will lead specialty surgical services, greet patients, and ensure safe, efficient perioperative care from admission to discharge.

Responsibilities include preparing ORs, monitoring hemodynamics, documenting status, and coordinating with anesthesia for blood products and medications. Strong leadership and crane to adapt to robotic procedures required.

Qualifications

• Current Licensure in the State of Florida (RN).
• BLS required. CNOR certification preferred.
• BSN degree preferred for leadership role in OR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare OR suite for new admissions and assist anesthesia with monitoring.
• Document patient status, vitals, and readiness for procedure within required timeframes.
• Maintain blood product readiness and coordinate with anesthesia for administration.
