Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Robotics Operator to operate and maintain robotic systems within the Robotics Team. The role requires safe setup and adjustment of machines, adherence to GMPs, and willingness to work graveyard shifts as scheduling demands.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production experience in manufacturing. Starting pay is $22.65 per hour, with shift differential and comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust and operate robotics machines such as Palletizers, Fallas, Pearson, Schubert, Tumbler.
• Maintain area and complete required paperwork; rotate positions and support scheduling.
• Participate as a team member to cover schedules and training; comply with GMPs and food safety procedures.
