Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a factory associate to safely set up, adjust and operate robotics machines on the production line. You will rotate positions, assist with breaks, and follow the daily schedule while maintaining a clean, compliant work area. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 year of production experience.

Prefers experience on production lines or in food service/handling. The starting rate is $22.00 per hour, with benefits starting on day one and potential overtime

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Production line manufacturing experience or food service and food handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, adjust and operate robotics machines such as Palletizers, Fallas machines, Pearson, Schubert, Tumbler.
• Rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires.
• Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
• Support and participate in preventive maintenance program.
• Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs.
