• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including technology and licensing.
• Assess and advise on legal, reputational, and compliance risks related to architecture and design.
• Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters and software licensing.
• Develop practical solutions aligning business objectives with legal compliance.
