The role focuses on building ML models enabling autonomous robots to perceive, understand, and interact with the physical world, including grasp planning and inventory transport.

You will collaborate across software, robotics, and hardware teams, deploy models to production, optimize for edge devices, and contribute to scalable robotic solutions

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ML, AI, robotics, CV, or related field.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Experience deploying ML models to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models for robots.
• Develop CV systems for object recognition and grasp planning.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to integrate models.
• Optimize models for low-latency inference on edge devices.
• Build data pipelines from deployed robots.
• Evaluate robot performance and improve perception strategies.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to system architecture.
• Document experiments and ensure test coverage.
