Hamilton Company, Reno, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to maintain and optimize manufacturing processes for the Robotics division. You will oversee assembly documentation, routings, and drive production improvements from concept to implementation.

The role requires a mechanical/engineering background, 0–1 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma concepts. Strong problem solving and teamwork are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or similar Engineering required.
• 0-1 years’ experience in a manufacturing or equipment engineering position at a production facility.
• Experience or certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes in support of the Robotics division.
• Maintain assembly documentation and production routings.
• Identify and execute production improvement projects from concept to implementation; including component design and system design review, under general supervision of management or senior Engineer.
• Analyze new products or design concepts for manufacturability and present recommendations.
• Plan and execute testing to assure adequate performance of assembly processes and tooling.
• Document tasks, project descriptions, and testing data.
• Train manufacturing operators on new or revised processes or tooling.
• Demonstrate competency with ECOs, IS, MRP and CAD software.
