Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of mechanical design, product development, machine design, automation, or industrial equipment.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong mechanical design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems, assemblies, and components for automation equipment and products.
• Design machine structures, motion systems, cutting equipment, and related electromechanical assemblies.
• Develop and maintain 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation per company standards.
• Apply engineering principles, calculations, simulations, and analyses to support design decisions.
• Support product development lifecycle from concept through validation and manufacturing release.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support prototype builds, production, and DFM reviews.
• Coordinate with electrical, controls, software, manufacturing, and service teams to develop integrated automation solutions.
• Provide technical support to production, service, and quality departments.
