Job summary

Custom Building Products in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a skilled Machine Technician to operate and maintain automated production equipment on the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with up to a $1/hour raise after 90 days.

You will work with robotic systems and Noltec equipment, adjust settings, load pallets, monitor weights, troubleshoot downtime, and help meet daily schedules while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automated production machinery.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Experience with robotics or automated equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems safely.
• Adjust machine settings for size and pallet configurations.
• Load pallets on conveyors and initiate robotic operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain product quality and productivity.
