Job summary

Genesis is seeking an Inventory and Kitting Specialist to manage receiving, shipping, and the kit-assembly workflow for robot production. You will ensure accurate inventory across kits, spares and tools, and support station readiness and new site deployments.

As the production line grows, you will maintain stock levels, manage the props library, and coordinate with operators, technicians and engineers while documenting in the inventory system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in shipping, receiving, inventory or kitting in hardware, lab, manufacturing or field ops.
• Experience running an inventory system and performing cycle counts.
• Experience building kits to BOMs and shipping to deadlines, including international.
• Highly organized with attention to accurate counts and documentation.
• Comfortable with electronics and small devices, labeling and packing for safe arrival.
• Able to communicate clearly in English with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and shipping: verify deliveries, record serials, store items, and document outbound shipments.
• Kit building and serialization: assemble kits, test power, label and track locations and status.
• Inventory: track kits, devices, spares, tools with locations and counts; perform cycle counts.
• Props library: manage assets with IDs, home locations and photos; check in/out to stations.
• Station kitting: create BOM-based kits for new stations, keep stock for ongoing operations.
• New sites and deployments: build kit packages, ship and confirm receipt and setup at sites.
• Production inventory: store production parts, kit to build schedule, maintain stockroom accuracy.
• Records and systems: tag assets, keep inventory system current, weekly stock counts.
• Space: organize receiving, inventory, stockroom and staging areas for efficiency.
