Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer/Application Engineer to support deployment, integration, and production support of robotic automation solutions at customer sites. You will work directly with customers to integrate robotic systems into warehouse and manufacturing environments, ensuring reliable operation and KPI achievement.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with software integration, APIs, Python development, scripting, Kubernetes, and networking, plus

Qualifications

Experience in software integration, application engineering, or systems engineering.
Strong experience integrating systems via REST APIs.
Proficiency with Python development and scripting.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and networking fundamentals.
Experience testing and validating integrations and providing production support.
Excellent customer-facing communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Assist deployment and integration of robotic automation at customer sites.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for integrated systems.
Collaborate with software, hardware, and operations teams to ensure KPI achievement.
Engage with customers to gather requirements and communicate status.
