Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota seeks a Construction Coordinator for a 12-month assignment in Princeton, Indiana. The role oversees robot installation projects, contract negotiations, and coordination among contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience on projects valued at $5M+.
• Hands-on experience installing and commissioning industrial robots.
• Contract negotiation and construction administration experience.
• Strong communication skills with reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment installation and modification projects from scope to contract closure.
• Lead initial contract negotiations with installation contractors and field orders.
• Coordinate vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide status updates to management on safety, schedule, and budget.
