The Robotics Implementation Lead at Bechtel will oversee end-to-end robotics deployments across CCGT project sites, from assessment through commissioning and handover. You will manage vendors, coordinate site logistics, and engage stakeholders to deliver safe, effective robotics deployments on active construction sites.
Education requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management or 7+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in robotics or advanced construction technology.
The CCGT AI & Robotics program includes a growing portfolio of robotics initiatives designed to enhance construction productivity, schedule performance and site safety on Bechtel Combined Cycle projects. As robotics technologies evolve from pilots to program-scale deployment, dedicated implementation leadership is essential to managing vendor relationships, site logistics, and stakeholder engagement across diverse and active project environments.
The Robotics Implementation Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of robotics solutions across CCGT project sites, from initial site assessment through deployment, commissioning, and operational handover. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, project management capability, and the ability to engage effectively with site teams, robotics vendors, and program leadership to deliver safe and effective robotics deployments. The role will report to the Infrastructure Manager of Innovation. #LI-MK1
