Job summary

The Robotics Implementation Lead at Bechtel will oversee end-to-end robotics deployments across CCGT project sites, from assessment through commissioning and handover. You will manage vendors, coordinate site logistics, and engage stakeholders to deliver safe, effective robotics deployments on active construction sites.

Education requires a degree in Engineering or Construction Management or 7+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in robotics or advanced construction technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years practical technology implementation experience with 2+ years robotics.
• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with site leadership and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotics solution implementations across project sites, including deployment planning and handover.
• Manage vendor relationships with robotics suppliers to meet scope, schedule, cost, and performance.
• Coordinate site logistics and safety requirements for deployments in active environments.
• Develop and maintain deployment plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Engage with site superintendents, project managers, and HSE teams to integrate robotics safely.
• Support evaluation and selection of new robotics technologies and trials.
• Analyze deployment data to assess performance and inform business cases.
• Capture lessons learned to improve implementation methodology.
• Coordinate with AI program team to align robotics with digital delivery objectives.
• Develop orientation and training for site teams on robotics usage.
