Job summary

Zeitview seeks a Hardware Production Program Manager to own end-to-end production planning, qualification, and lifecycle of our aerial sensors and drone payloads.

You will bridge hardware design and operations, leading NPI programs, repeat builds, and sustainment for our fleet while driving schedules, procurement, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced robotics environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware program management or related field.
• Experience with complex robotic or drone platforms.
• Strong scheduling and procurement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware build ecosystem: create and manage NPI and repeat build timelines with procurement, staffing, tooling, and documentation.
• Balance fleet demand with operations and coordinate with technicians to sequence builds, repairs, and fleet moves.
• Manage procurement pipelines and BOMs; execute procurement with vendors for most components.
• Hire and develop staffing to meet production and sustainment volumes; leverage external vendors when sensible.
• Maintain the single source of truth for build status, dependencies, and risk; escalate timelines early.
