Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services in West Boylston, MA is seeking a Machine Operator to support the Robotic and Gasket departments. The role involves operating robotic manufacturing equipment, maintaining product quality, and following safety and standard work procedures.

You will work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed; schedule features 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Fri, and 6:00 AM–12:00 PM Sat about one Saturday per month, with occasional 12‑hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions safely.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in gasket department.
• Meet production goals and quality objectives.
• Strong communication with team leads and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic manufacturing equipment and ensure product quality.
• Follow setup/shutdown procedures and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with engineering for efficiency.
• Handle extended work hours and required shifts.
• Lifting up to 20 lb regularly; up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Maintain organization and flow in the work area.
