Supplyone is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator in Westwood, MA to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have basic math skills, experience with machinery, and familiarity with warehouse operations. Training will cover machine setup, safety protocols, and continuous improvement practices within our production area.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with stamping press, press, welding, or machining is a plus.
• Knowledge of materials handling and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with programming machinery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in machine setup and maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Handle materials for production, including feeding machines and moving carts or pallets.
• Maintain a clean work area by cleaning machines and workspaces regularly.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment.
• Learn from experienced Operators by asking questions and actively participating in training sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
