Job summary

Amazon's Frontier AI & Robotics team seeks a Member of Technical Staff to lead research on cutting-edge robotic foundation models and multi-modal systems at scale. Qualifications

PhD or Master’s degree with 4+ years of CS/CE/ML or related field experience.
Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
Experience in patents or publications at top-tier conferences/journals.
Experience applying theoretical models in an applied environment.
Experience building ML models or developing algorithms for business applications.
Experience developing and implementing deep learning models.

Responsibilities

Drive independent research initiatives across the robotics stack, including robotics foundation models.
Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for perception and manipulation.
Lead full-stack robotics projects from concepts to deployment with production readiness.
Collaborate with platform and hardware teams to scale models for real-world use.
Contribute to the team's technical strategy for next-generation robotics challenges.
