Path Robotics seeks a Platform-focused Software Engineer to bridge software development and fleet orchestration, building scalable infrastructure for robots locally and in the cloud.

You will work with Python, Terraform, Node.js, and Ansible, deploying OTA updates, enhancing observability, and securing enterprise access. The role emphasizes collaboration with product teams and strong automation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in production support, development, and DevOps practices.

Aufgaben

• Platform Development: Build and scale configuration management processes to support our robotic fleet.
• Infrastructure Automation: Automate complex infrastructure processes, including enterprise-scale AWS account management and deployments.
• Fleet Orchestration: Design and maintain OTA software deployment systems for seamless updates across robotic assets.
• Identity & Access: Support migration and management of enterprise AuthN/AuthZ for internal/external applications.
• Observability: Implement and enhance robotics observability tooling to improve robot-to-cloud integration and monitoring.
• Incident Management: Develop automated incident reporting and escalation tooling to proactively resolve production issues.
• Collaboration: Work with product engineers to ensure the platform meets fleet and application needs.
