Job summary

Nabla in Dallas, TX is seeking a Field Engineer to own deployment, customer support, and operational excellence at customer facilities. As the first dedicated Field Engineer on the team, you will design processes to make each deployment faster and easier, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to steer field decisions.

The role requires hands-on hardware work, travel for deployments, and clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics or a related engineering field.
• Experience deploying, integrating, and supporting robotics systems.
• Hands-on with mechanical assemblies and power tools.
• Comfortable Linux-based systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently for deployments and customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and support robotic systems at customer facilities (airports, malls, stadiums, office buildings).
• Shape future robot iterations by collecting critical technical insights from the field.
• Collect customer feedback and make it actionable for the development team.
• Continuously improve field processes and optimize operational metrics.
• Teach customers and their teams how to operate the bots in facility operations.
