You will be based at our Tokyo location, collaborating with engineers and non-technical stakeholders to iterate on system performance and usability while documenting results and feedback. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration and hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Strong communication skills—able to translate complex topics for varied audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well in team-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field, support testing and data collection.
• Supervise remote operations and assist during client presentations and demos.
• Ensure clear communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document technical issues, test results, and client feedback in detail.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and contribute to workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and usability.
