  • Work with product and R&D teams to translate field feedback into features.
  • Support presales evaluations by advising on robot selection.

What You Will Do
  • Guide deployment and commissioning of collaborative robot and mobile manipulation solutions at customer sites.
  • Partner with end users, researchers, and integrators to tailor robotic workflows for production and lab environments.
  • Build, refine, and validate application programs for cobot cells, demonstrations, and proof of concept projects.
  • Serve as the senior technical resource for troubleshooting, training, and field issue resolution across U.S. accounts.
  • Work closely with product and R & D teams to translate field feedback into feature ideas, usability gains, and pilot enhancements.
  • Support presales evaluations by advising on robot selection, tooling concepts, cycle feasibility, and application fit.
  • Help establish best practices, documentation, and technical processes for a growing U.S. robotics organization.
  • Travel regularly to customer and partner locations for installs, support, training, and technical reviews.
What We Are Looking For
  • Several years of hands‑on robotics engineering experience, including collaborative robot applications, deployment, and programming.
  • Strong background working with cobot platforms in real‑world environments.
  • Experience with robotic applications engineering, commissioning, debugging, and workflow optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, integration, or application development.
  • Familiarity with ROS or ROS2 is strongly preferred, especially for mobile manipulation or advanced robotic systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑growth environment where initiative, adaptability, and sound judgment matter.
  • Bachelor’s degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Advanced education is a plus.
  • Korean language capability is helpful, but not required.
