Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Research experience in ML, robotics, and computer vision.
• Experience developing robotics algorithms or ML models at scale.
• Python/C++ programming; deep learning with PyTorch or JAX.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design tools and infrastructure to advance robotics and foundation models.
• Define research goals aligned with practical engineering needs.
• Train, adapt, and deploy VLA policies, WAMs, RL, and agentic robot policies.
• Build data pipelines and drive sim-to-real transfer on high-fidelity simulators.
• Develop production-quality code for data collection, training, evaluation.
• Run end-to-end experiments with clear reporting of results.
• Contribute to publications and open-source releases.
• Partner with customers to mature prototypes into deployed products.
