Job summary

Dexterity is seeking engineers to design, program, test, and debug software for robots and robotic systems in Minnesota. You will collaborate with developers, engineers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and scope, ensuring safe, dependable, and precise operation.

The role also focuses on computer vision, robotics control, ML integration, and planning for multi-robot and human‑robot collaboration.

• Collaborate with developers, fellow engineers, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and scope of the robotics project
• Design, program, test, and debug software for robots and robotic systems
• Ensure that robotic machines operate safely, dependably, and with precision: identify and implement modifications
• Develop software for computer vision applications & robotics control
• Integrate machine learning methods with robotic applications
• Develop novel controllers for multi-robot & human-robot collaboration
• Develop planning algorithms for safe operations
• Incorporate customer requirements into robotics system design
