Tufts Medical Center Community Care in Malden, MA, seeks an OB/GYN physician to join its obstetrics and gynecology practice. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative team environment, with opportunities to work across specialists.

You will participate in a 1:9 call schedule, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to innovative, evidence-based obstetric and gynecologic services in the community setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN with MA licensure preferred.
• Experience with robotic surgery is a plus.
• Experience supporting a community-based outpatient practice in MA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an attractive call schedule (1:9, 24-hour shifts).
• Develop longitudinal relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with OB Hospitalist, NPs, and ancillary staff as part of the care team.
• Grow professionally by learning from colleagues and embracing new practices.
• Support a community-focused, patient-centered care environment.
