Job summary

Tufts Medical Center Community Care in Malden, MA, is seeking an outstanding OB/GYN Physician to join our Obstetrics & Gynecology practice. You will collaborate with a team of physicians, NPs, and staff, providing full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care near home.

The ideal candidate will be board certified or eligible in OB/GYN, with optional robotics experience and MA licensure. This role emphasizes patient relationships, team engagement, and a commitment to community care.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Experience in robotics is a plus.
• Experience supporting a community-based outpatient practice in MA is a plus.
• Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an attractive call schedule of 1:9 (24-hour shifts).
• Develop longitudinal relationships with patients.
• Be a valuable member of the care team alongside physician colleagues, OB Hospitalist, NPs, and support staff.
• Grow as a physician by learning from colleagues.
• Provide service and people-focused support to patients.
