Job summary

Tufts Medical Center Community Care in Malden, MA is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join its Obstetrics & Gynecology practice. You’ll provide comprehensive women's health care from routine exams through childbirth as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates are board certified or eligible in OB/GYN, with interest in robotics and community-based outpatient settings in MA. Competitive compensation ($325k-350k) plus benefits and CME support.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Experience in robotics is a plus.
• Experience supporting a community-based outpatient practice in MA is a plus.
• Experience in urogynecology is a plus.
• Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is preferred.

Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking an outstanding OB/GYN Physician to join our Obstetrics & Gynecology practice in Malden, MA.

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality care available to our patients while allowing them to stay close to home in their community. Our practice, which includes 2 physicians, 1 NPs and 7 support staff, provides a full range of obstetrical and gynecological services. We provide exceptional medical care from the first exam to childbirth, through menopause, and everything in‑between.

Our Maternal Newborn Department at MelroseWakefield Hospital includes:

• State‑of‑the‑art and private newly remodeled labor and deliver suites and Mother Infant Unit Rooms
• Labor and Delivery triage area
• Level 2A Special Care Nursery
• In‑house 24/7 anesthesia coverage
• In‑house 24/7 neonatology coverage

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world class patient satisfaction and support
• Experience in robotics is a plus
• Experience supporting a community‑based outpatient practice in MA is a plus
• Experience in Urogynecology is a plus
• Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is preferred

The salary range for this position is $325,000 to $350,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity and academic rank.
