Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in delivering robust electrical systems for robotics or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with compliance and safety standards (e.g., UL, CE, IEC).

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers.
• Drive design reviews and validation efforts.
• Interface with vendors for prototyping and testing.
