Neuralink is seeking an Electrical Engineer on the Surgery & Robot Hardware Team to design, verify, and oversee the transition to production of custom electronics systems for our robotic and implant technologies. You will own key decisions on power electronics, FPGA-based processing, camera designs, and manufacturing automation, with opportunities to impact devices used in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering full electronics design lifecycle (requirements, parts, schematic, layout, test).
• Experience in power electronics, FPGA design, or test automation is required.
• Knowledge of EMC/ESD, thermal management, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design, verify, and oversee transition to production of custom electronics systems.
• Own creative decisions and execute on impactful projects such as robotics stage designs and motor drives.
• Collaborate across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing to deliver safe, scalable devices.
